O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging disobedience of this order passed on 06.02.2023, wherein, this Court directed the respondent police to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the 1/3

investigation was conducted and completed and found that the case is a "mistake of fact" and therefore, closure report filed on 02.11.2023 under RCS No.28 of 2023. He also submits that the RCS report is intimated to the defacto complainant through post.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received the RCS report so far.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced the notice sent by the court to the petitioner herein on 16.11.2023 about the closure of his complaint and directing the petitioner to appear before the Court on 21.11.2023, if he wants to file any protest petition. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. Vv 21.11.2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
