CR.NO.154 OF 2010 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.287/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.65 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur 17.04.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of Crl.A.287/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.287/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNA ELANGO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. T. SHANMUGA RAJESWARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Considering the fact that there are arguable points in the revision and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners/accused.

bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, pending disposal of the revision.
