O R D E R

This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 02.11.2022 passed in Cont.Petn.No.854 of 2022.

2. This Court, on 02.11.2022, has passed the following order in Contempt Petition No..854 of 2022:

"4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to remove the debris at the earliest point of time."

3. As the debris were not removed as directed by this Court, the Petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader represented that the debris will be removed within a period of two weeks.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Special

Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed. We make it clear that in case the debris is not removed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.
