This petition is filed by the petitioner to receive additional documents.

2. The petitioner wants to adduce additional evidence regarding the money transaction between him and Arjunlal Sunderdas, subject to proof and relevance, the documents may be produced, provided, it must be primary evidence and not secondary evidence.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.

Since this petition is filed belatedly to adduce additional document, a cost of Rs.10,000/- is imposed which should be paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai. on or before 31.07.2023.
