kas Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police conducted a detailed enquiry by examining the counter parties viz. Durga W/o.Dass @ Muralidharan and Mugilan, and closed the complaint.
3.Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, can lodge a private complaint in accordance with law.
