Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order dated 04.06.2008 in Procs. ROC.No.5163/Admn,5/2008, passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and pass orders.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order dated 04.06.2008 in Procs. ROC.No.5163/Admn,5/2008, passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and pass orders.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she was issued with a suspension order Procs.Roc.No.5163/Admn.5/2008 dated 04.06.2008 on certain allegations. Aggrieved over the suspension order, the petitioner has filed this writ petition, stating that she is not responsible for the said allegations as she was on casual leave on the period when the incident took place.

3.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become Infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above statement and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
