This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to order substituted service of notice in respect of the 5th respondent and 9th respondent by way of paper publication in any of the newspapers having circulation in the area of Chennai and the suburban.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take substituted service of notice on respondents 5 and 9, by way of effecting Paper Publication in any one of the Local Dailies having wide circulation in Chennai District, on or before 13.08.2024, indicating the next date of hearing as 19.08.2024.

3. Post the writ petition on 19.08.2024.
