ORDER

This petition is filed with a prayer not to harass the petitioner.

2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petition given by the 3rd respondent is pending and therefore, the petitioner is called for enquiry. In reply thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit already a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and unnecessarily the petitioner is being harassed. Since it is stated that a petition enquiry is pending, let the petitioner appear before the respondent police on 13.07.2026 and the respondent police shall complete the enquiry, if any, on the same day.

3.With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
