PRAYER: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the third respondent in Memo.No.CE/Coml/SE/EE1/AEE1/F.M/S.Shobika Impex/D/273/22, dated 06.06.2022 and quash the same in so far as the direction by the third respondent to withdraw W.P.No.16858 of 2021 captured in the impugned order and consequentially direct the respondents to conversion of voltage level from 33 KV to 110 KV to the petitioner.
