O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent, furnished the copy of the Treasury Bill, which would reveal that the benefits due to the petitioner has been sanctioned and credited in the bank accounts of the petitioner today i.e., on 14.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would raise doubt regarding the payment of money by the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the amount has been credited in the bank accounts of the petitioner today i.e., on 14.06.2024.

4. Thus the petitioner is at liberty to verify and if any other grievance exits, it is left open to him to redress his grievances in the manner known to law.

5. With the above liberty, the present Contempt Petition stands closed.
