This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.31 of 2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2018 expeditiously and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
