O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders in the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2015 in accordance with law.

2.Mr.S.Prabhakaran, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her representation to the 3rd respondent as early as on 07.08.2015, the same has not yet been considered by the 3rd respondent.

3.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
