C.M.P.No.16116 of 2024 in Rev.Appl.Sr.No.90537 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J.

The respondents have no objection to the delay being condoned, subject to the following sentence in the affidavit filed in support of the petition being eschewed:- "It is proved from the respondent notice served only to the old aged illiterate parents of my husband. There is a possibility of collusion of insurance company and the counsel's to misguide the Court to succeed their case, a complaint also raised against the previous counsel. Hence, I have filed this review application to render justice".

2. Considering the above, the delay is condoned and the aforesaid sentence is eschewed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order.
