A.No.4676 of 2021 is filed to recall the DW1.

2.A.No.4677 of 2021 is filed to reopen the defendant's side evidence.

3.A.No.4678 of 2021 is filed to permit the Defendant to file the documents given in the petition through DW1.

4.These applications are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) of which, Rs.5,000/- is directed to be paid to the counsel for the plaintiff and Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 25.01.2022.

5.It is underscored that if the cost is not paid within the time stipulated, for every successive week, an additional cost of Rs.5,000/- will become payable for next two weeks and thereafter, even if it is not paid in the same ratio, then the application shall stand automatically dismissed.

6.Post the matter on 25.01.2022.
