Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.MMA6/3732/2022 dated 28.03.2023 and to quash the same. 1/4

ORDER

The petitioner herein challenges the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2.Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she had moved the third respondent for cancellation of a settlement deed that she has executed in favour of the fifth respondent.

4.Since the appeal remedy is available under Section 16 of the said Act, the petitioner is now required to approach the Appellate Authority. 2/4
