The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to restore CMP.No.11043 of 2025 in CRP.SR.No.16992 of 2025, which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 02.06.2025.

2. Since the main revision petition is yet to be numbered, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition. P.B. BALAJI, J.

4. On perusal of the materials placed on record, I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition for non appearance on 02.06.2025, which led to dismissal of CMP.No.11043 of 2025 and thereby, I am inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and CMP.No.11043 of 2025 filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order and decree dated 07.07.2015 made in I.A.No.12 of 2015 in O.S.No.141 of 2012 on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsif, Bhavani, Erode District, is restored to file and consequently, the Civil revision petition in CRP.SR.No.16992 of 2025 is also restored to file.

6. Post the matter on 30.11.2025.
