Contempt Petition No.1679 of 2021 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that as against the order of this Court dated 06.01.2021 made in W.P.No.10536 of 2019 the respondent has preferred appeal in W.A.No.122 of 2022 before the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court has vide order dated 15.03.2022 granted an interim order of stay.
