This petition is filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing above criminal appeal.

2.This Court by order dated 19.08.2024 directed the petitioner to take fresh notice through Court as well as privately to the respondent. Accordingly notice was taken to the respondent but the same was returned with an endorsement 'No such person'.

3.Today, the name of the respondent is printed in the cause and there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either through his counsel or in person.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
