O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed to quash the communication dated 12.10.2010 sent by the respondent, rejecting the request of the petitioner seeking allotment of a shop at Koyambedu Market Complex.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered by the respondent, since there is no such vacant shop VGL-5 available in the Koyambedu Market Complex.

3.When such being the position, this Court disposes of this writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the tender as and when the vacant shops are being auctioned. No costs.
