The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC in Crime No. not known of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is neither a case registered, nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the presence of the petitioner is not at all required in this case.

Side) is recorded. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
