Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 2 and 3, notice to those respondents is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose his representation dated 08.03.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for a direction to the Village Administrative Officer, Kanur Village to issue the land tax receipt in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in S.No.475/2, Patta No.209, Kanur Village. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation is still pending before the first respondent. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide, after hearing all the parties concerned.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the said representation dated 08.03.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 as well as the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
