ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice on the respondent, the respondent has neither appeared in person, nor through a counsel.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent-husband has filed O.P. No.118 of 2024, which is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tindivanam and whereas the petitionerwife has filed M.C. No.19 of 2025 before the Family Court, Cuddalore.

3. The petitioner who is a resident of Cuddalore, expresses inconvenience to attend the proceedings before the Sub Court, Tindivanam and also considering that the connected proceeding in M.C. No.19 of 2025 is pending before the Family Court, Cuddalore, has sought for transfer of O.P. No.118 of 2024 to be jointly tried along with M.C. No.19 of 2025. In view of the fact that the respondent is attending the M.C. proceedings initiated by the petitioner-wife before the Family Court, Cuddalore, there can be no difficulty or impediment for the respondent also to attend the O.P. No.118 of 2024 filed by him before the same Court.

4. In the light of the above, the Transfer C.M.P. is ordered. Accordingly, O.P. No.118 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the 2/4
