This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 573 days in paying the costs as directed by this Court in its order dated 25.02.2020 made in A.No.165 of 2020.
2. It is also stated that the costs as directed has been paid.

Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the payment of costs made on 01.10.2021 is deemed to be sufficient compliance with the order dated 25.02.2020.
