ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 324, 302, r/w 380 IPC @ 120B IPC r/w 449, 302, 307, 404, 380, 414, r/w 109 of IPC in Crime No.647 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused murdered two female persons and robbed jewels and cash from the deceased. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that A1 in this case has granted interim bail by the court below and during the pandemic situation the interim bail was cancelled and NBW was issued against him. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner committed brutal murder on the deceased and already two petitions have been filed by the petitioner and the same was dismissed by this Court. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence and already two petitions were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 17/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
