(Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in OSA.Nos.167 to 169 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. This Court had directed the petitioner to maintain the accounts and file the same on or before 7th of every month before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition was complied with till date. This fact has not been seriously contested by the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Being convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we accordingly modify the condition imposed on 24.07.2018. 1/3

5. In the light of the above, the condition imposed by this Court stands modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to maintain the accounts and file the same once in a year on or before 7th January of every year before this Court.
