ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 19.3.2021, no charge sheet is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file the charge sheet within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file the charge sheet or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
