DATED : 25.07.2024 CORAM :

THE HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN Review Application No.206 of 2024 B.Lakshmikanth ....

Petitioner -VsA.Divya ....

Respondent Prayer : Review Application under Order XLVII Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 114 of the Civil Procedure Code against the order dated 18.04.2024 made in C.R.P.(PD) No.1635 of 2024.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramachandran

O R D E R

The husband did not file an affidavit of assets and liabilities before the trial Court. Hence, the learned IV Additional Family Judge came to a conclusion that the husband is liable to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the child and Rs.30,000/- to the wife. The learned Judge has gone on the basis of the specific averments of the wife that the husband is making around Rs.5,00,000/- per month. He has considered the fact that it is only fraction of the monthly income that he is making to be paid to the wife and the children. Had the wife and children were residing with the review applicant, I am certain, he would have spent more than Rs.45,000/- on them. 1 / 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
