ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition that was imposed on the petitioner / appellant in paragraph No.7(b) of the order of this

Court dated 27.04.2026 in Crl.A.No.327 of 2026. 2.Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) confirms that the petitioner / appellant has been complying with the order of this Court dated 27.04.2026 from 01.05.2026, and he is appearing before the trial Court regularly.

3. Recording the above submissions of the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the order of this Court with effect from 01.05.2026, the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) of the order of this Court dated 27.04.2026 in Crl.A.No.327 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner / appellant shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., in addition to the date when the case is taken up for hearing. The other conditions that was imposed upon the petitioner on 27.04.2026 shall stand unaltered.
