C.M.P.No.19091 of 2023 in A.S.No.754 of 2012 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is taken out to order substituted service by Paper Publication in one issue of Tamil Daily "Thanthi" and English Daily "Times of India" to respondents 13 and 14.

2. Since the petitioner is unable to serve respondents 13 and 14 despite taking steps, this petition is ordered and this Court permits the petitioner to take substituted service by paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily ''Thanthi'' and English Daily "Times of India" both having circulation at Coimbatore, for the hearing date on 04.06.2024. The publication shall be effected ten days prior to the date of hearing.

3. Post the matter on 04.06.2024.
