ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in para No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.10425 of 2026 dated on 30.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file in SC No.129 of 2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submission made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10425 of 2026 dated on 30.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
