(By D.Krishnakumar,J.,) This Writ Appeal has been filed, challenging the interim order dated 24.04.2019 made in W.M.P.No.23972 of 2018 in W.P.No.20391 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the interim order dated 24.04.2019 has been put to challenge in this instant Writ Appeal and subsequently, the Writ Petition itself had been taken up for final hearing and disposed of as early as on 19.08.2021. It is further represented that since the order passed in the Writ Petition has already been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal and the same may be closed as having become infructuous.
