On a complaint given by the 4th respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry regarding the alleged damage to the pipeline of the 4th respondent.

The petitioner herein submits that the police is frequently calling him under the guise of enquiry and harassing. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that since the complaint been received in C.S.R.No.156 of 2024 against this petitioner alleging damage to the public property and other allied offences, his presence for enquiry is required.

Considering the submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation on receipt of summons. The respondent police is directed to conduct investigation and proceed as per law.
