O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to remove the electric high tension cable line under the storm water drain of the existing flats belonging to the petitioner association and re-lay the HD cable within the premises of the property where the new project is going to be brought about by respondents 5 and 6.

Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
3. The electric high tension cable lines have been laid based on the planning permission that was granted by the CMDA. Such planning permission has already been questioned by the petitioner and the petitioner has sought for revocation of the planning permission and other reliefs. This Court passed an order in this regard in W.P.No.22484 of 2025 today. Hence, depending upon the final decision taken by the CMDA, the petitioner is permitted to revive the request made to TANGEDCO for removal of high tension cable lines.
