Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in R.C.No.06/2022/A3 dated 02.05.2022 preparing the panel to the post of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2018 and the consequential order of the third respondent in proceeding dated 12.05.2022 in Na.Ka.No.744/2018/A3 and the order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.09/2002/A2 dated 12.05.
2022 reverting the petitioner from the post of Deputy Tahsildar to the post of Revenue Assistant and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to prepare the panel for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar by strictly following the seniority list and the Service Rules and the Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court by including the individuals who are only qualified for the post of Deputy Tahsildar with respect to the experience and all other qualifications and accordingly include the name of the petitioner in the panel and promote him to the post of Deputy Tahsildar with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
