Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1599 of 2018 in Crl.A.NO.74 of 2018 dated 14.03.2018 by allowing the present Crl.MP.NO.6813 of 2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHANMUGA RAJESWARAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1599 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.74 of 2018, dated 14.03.2018 the appellant is before this Court with this petition.

After hearing both the parties, the conditional order passed on 14.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1599 of 2018 stands modified to sign before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 am, until further orders. -sd/- 05/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
