This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12845 of 2024, dated 29.05.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12845 of 2024, dated 29.05.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Chengalpattu, once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
