This petition has been filed to accept the cause title given the above C.R.P.SR.No.136031 of 2019 on the file of this Court filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 25.07.2019 made in E.A.No.221 of 2012 in E.P.No.106 of 2008 in O.S.No.488 of 2005 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Erode.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause tile and number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are other wise in order.
