These petitions has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12828 of 2024 on 30.05.2024 and to extend the time to execute the sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpet on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

3. Further two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties, from the date on which the order copy was made ready.
