PRAYER This Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 26.05.2025 in B3/D.O.No.38/2025 against the petitioner son Luviyarasan, Male aged 34 years S/o.Thomas Mariyan who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Honble Court and set him at liberty.
