The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 788 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

However, the appellant is not entitled to any interest for the said period, i.e., 788 days.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if otherwise in order.
