Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of respondent herein, quash the impugned communication/letter in Letter reference No.SCN/311243887/21 dated 27.09.2021 and consequently direct the respondent to issue Passport to the petitioner vide Application No.CB1063512570521 dated 12.08.2021 within time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also circulated a Letter No.7556 dated 15.11.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate forum and the Registry is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to return the impugned order to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum.
