ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to consider the representation dated 28.06.2022 made by the Petitioner and dispose of the same within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the petitioner's representation seeking cancellation of certain documents pertaining to the subject property of this Writ Petition was considered and rejected and the learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
