The petitioner has filed this petition to condone the delay of 126 days in re-presenting W.P.SR.No.36625 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
