This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the Second Respondent to issue a legal heir certificate in favour of the Petitioner herein in respect of the Petitioner's deceased mother, viz., Mrs. N.Jayalakshmi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition, the petitioner's application came to be rejected and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order.
