This application is filed to condone the delay of 88 days in preferring the review application.

The merits of the contentions of the present respondent 1 shall be considered while deciding the review application.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 88 days in preferring the review application is condoned. Accordingly, the present application stands allowed and is disposed of.
