This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 482 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners

3. Mr.Jagadeesan, learned representing counsel would submit that Mr.D.Nitin, learned counsel takes notice for sole respondent and he has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. The first petitioner would aver that after the demise of her husband, she is not in a position to meet out even family expenses due to lack of funds. It took some time for her to mobilise the funds. Hence, delay of 463 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.

5. The reasons mentioned as above appears to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 482 days shall stand waived. 25.09.2025 kkd To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Attur, Salem District.
