"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Egmore, Chennai to number the complaint in e-filing S.R.No.STC/PC/62018/2024 dated 11.07.2024, if otherwise in order, filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and thus render justice." Instead of "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Egmore, Chennai to number the complaint in e-filing S.R.No.STC/PC/62018/2024 dated 11.07.2024, if otherwise in order, filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and thus render Justice."
