This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 190 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition against the order in Crl.M.P. No.3002 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Session Judge, Nagapattinam dated 30.09.2022.
2. Mr.J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
