The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a kidney patient and is to undergo kidney transplantation and the second petitioner is donating kidney to her and they are friends.

2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the first petitioner is facing medical treatment, payment of Court fee is dispensed with.

3.This petition is ordered without payment of Court fee.
