Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2020 by extending concession and benefits given by the Government of India in regarding with bank loans.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2020 by extending concession and benefits given by the Government of India regarding bank loans.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner and the respondent Bank entered into an One Time Settlement and the petitioner agreed to pay an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/-on or before 19.01.2022.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed, as the
